As a young, quiet woman I discovered self-fulfillment follows self-trust.
And being trustworthy isn’t about proving. It’s about credibility. When you’re solid in who you are, your believability ignites… & everything changes.
I’m a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths© Coach
I work with people who want to live and lead with clarity and confidence. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about uncovering and valuing your innate talents, trusting them, and applying them purposefully… no matter how complicated the situation.
You’re invited to explore what is possible when you are anchored in and confidently lead from what makes you genuinely strong.
About Me
Like many leaders, I was often encouraged to focus on what I should improve. Which focused on strengths outside my natural way of working.
Because that’s what growth was supposed to look like.
Though I quickly saw how limiting that approach could be, real progress only came when I began to value how I naturally think, lead, and contribute, and learned how to work from there.
Through coaching, mentoring, and a deeper understanding of my natural talents and strengths, I gained sharper perspective on how I create value across complex systems and competing priorities.
That insight shifted how I showed up in high-stakes environments, strengthening my influence, decision-making, and capacity to lead sustainably at scale.
Over time, I realized I had been working from my natural talents in meaningful ways which helped me build my proven track record of working with executives, professionals, and large organizations, helping people communicate clearly, lead effectively, and succeed by working in ways that leverage how they naturally operate.
I’ve supported CEOs and senior executives in communicating their messages with clarity, affinity, and authenticity. I’ve coached hundreds of professionals to navigate interviews and step into roles aligned with who they are. And I’ve helped thousands of leaders, managers, and team members build trust and thrive in productive, more balanced workplaces.
What changed wasn’t what I was doing, it was my understanding of why it worked, for me and how to access success consistently. That information now shapes how I work with others. Coaching helps you better understand your own natural abilities and draw on them with intention, so progress feels aligned, success feels well-earned, and your work reflects what you do best.
“Becky helps me be confident about authentically using my strengths.”
As I learned more about my strengths and how I use them, I realized I had been doing these things well most of my life, and I discovered more about why doing what I naturally do well makes me happy. Like me, you already have the strengths and talent you need to enjoy your work, be successful, and achieve your life goals.
My strengths compel me to actively listen and process what others share, distinguishing and empathizing with individual layered circumstances, needs, and goals.
I approach any interaction with the intent to positively and transparently connect with others, and I navigate problem-solving by connecting ideas, solutions, and desired results with a collaborative, open approach to setting actionable goals and clear expectations.
I build trust. I build relationships. I build leaders. I build customer experiences. I build others’ confidence and knowledge. I build better business results. I build engaged, happy teams.
Clients value my ability to tactically prioritize their important details and help develop practical action plans to achieve desired results while expanding their perspective, essential skills, and confidence to cope with new challenges.
As a parent, a leader, and a coach, I’m a believer in the potential we all have to develop and grow into who and what we choose to be. And I know the value of having the support and encouragement of a mentor/coach to help discover how to navigate next steps.
I appreciate and value each of the leaders and mentors who invested in my development and I strive to model their example as I work with you to grow and navigate your journey.
How I Approach Coaching
My approach is shaped by years of leading and developing people, along with a wide range of professional and life experience. It reflects not just what I’ve studied, but what I’ve lived. I bring all my perspective, depth, and practicality to the work we do together.
People who work with me develop a clear, simple relationship with how they think, decide, and show up. Their voice is steady, their choices are grounded, and their leadership is authentic. Our coaching supports greater confidence, clearer decision-making, and healthier ways of partnering with others, at work and beyond. Most importantly, it creates the precision needed to move forward intentionally and pursue goals that genuinely matter.
My Story
My curiosity about how people naturally think, behave, and work together began early. As a young mother working in childcare, I was fascinated by the young personalities already taking shape, how children interacted, expressed themselves, and experienced the world. Understanding why people do what comes naturally has been a constant thread throughout my life.
As my career evolved, that curiosity carried me into large, complex organizations. I moved through roles in university communications, graphic arts, and education before advancing at Walmart from a part time administrative role to Senior Director. Over time, I led internal teams and third-party service providers totaling more than 5,000 people.
Across more than 25 years with Walmart and Sam’s Club, I worked in diverse domestic and international roles, applying extensive leadership training and mentoring to improve business performance, strengthen collaboration, and support my own career growth. I was equally committed to building and developing front-line leaders and teams; to create workplaces where people were happy, productive and proud of what they could achieve together.
Along the way, I also served on the board of a men’s transitional living non-profit, supported transformational growth within a start-up transportation company, and led customer experience teams at an industry-leading manufacturing organization. Each experience reinforced the same truth: leadership effectiveness is shaped as much by how people naturally operate as by expectations, strategy, or resources.
Why I Coach
What ultimately drew me to coaching was a desire to help people experience meaningful breakthroughs and support capable leaders in sustaining growth over time, rather than just pushing harder through it.
Coaching allows me to partner with individuals and teams as they gain clarity, confidence, and direction…grounded in who they already are.
And I’m still as fascinated by how and why people do what they do best as I was years ago.

Why I Love Coaching
I do my best work when I listen to people talk about how they’re experiencing their lives and hear the quiet questions they’re carrying about who they’re becoming. I’m energized by connection, and I feel deeply trusted when someone shares their story, fears, hopes, or dreams with me.
Coaching allows me to walk alongside as you explore new possibilities, reconnect with what matters most, and make sense of what’s next for you, with no pressure to perform or pretend.
I love this African proverb, which often guides my life and work. It simply says:
If you want to go fast, go alone—if you want to go far, go together.
You don’t have to navigate alone. I’d be honored to partner with you as you create a thoughtful path forward to reflect who you truly are and support th life and work you want to build.
